Iron Worker – Metal Installation Alloy Welding and Erectors, Llc South Florida, FL Job Details Full-time $20 – $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Mid-level Driver’s License OSHA Safety Certification General construction laborer experience Hand tools 2 years Full Job Description Must live in the tri county are (Dade, Broward or Palm Beach) 2-3 years of field experience installing structural steel Install and repair various structures, such as columns, beams, stairs, rails, canopies, etc. Install Architectural and Misc. Metals (canopies, railings, louvers, stairs, etc.) Transport heavy metal pieces from the ground level to a higher location using tools like cranes, lulls, scissor lifts, etc., or working with other team members to help position pieces correctly. Can read and follow blueprints to meet product specifications and correct install Must have OSHA certification (10hr minimum) or get one prior to starting work Must have a safety first attitude All applicants need to work well in a team environment, take instruction from co-workers with ease and be organized. Must have clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work We offer competitive pay. Pay commensurate with experience.
