Your New Role As the Ironworker Foreman at Bowman Steel, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct steel construction projects from planning to completion, leading the crew on daily tasks Coordinate with superintendents to set priorities, hit deadlines, and advance progress Implement OSHA-compliant safety precautions on all sites Interpret drawings and blueprints, ensuring projects stay on track Supervise equipment use and maintenance, ensuring efficient operations Report project status and any issues to management regularly Maintain on-site inventory and address challenges proactively Train crew members in safe, efficient work practices

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of ironworking experience, with at least 1 year in a foreman role preferred

Language :

Bilingual; must speak both English and Spanish fluently

Knowledge :

Familiarity with OSHA regulations, job site equipment, and blueprint reading

Skills :

Leadership, organization, and strong communication abilities

Location :
