Summary We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at Awnex, Inc. As a Metal Fabricator, you will play a vital role in the production of our architectural products. Your expertise will contribute to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process while ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Fabricate metal components according to specifications using various tools and equipment. Utilize micrometers and calipers to ensure precise measurements during fabrication. Operate power tools and plasma cutting equipment safely and effectively. Weld metal parts together to create durable structures as per engineering drawings. Follow industry codes and standards to maintain compliance in all fabrication processes. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, power tools, and welding equipment. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Familiarity with industry codes and standards is preferred but not required.
