Fiberglass Technician

Start your new career as a Fiberglass Technician with MAU at our client in Douglasville, GA. As a Fiberglass Technician, you will support the manufacturing and repair of high-quality fiberglass tanks and components used in spray equipment.
What We Offer:
Pay of $19 per hour
Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of fiberglass technician experience
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable working in confined spaces and with tools
Experience in tool building strongly preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
What You’ll Do as a
Fiberglass Technician:
Assist Senior Technicians with daily operations and repairs
Modify or repair damaged tanks and fiberglass components
Conduct post-repair functionality and quality checks
Chop and shape fiberglass tanks
Create fiberglass reinforced parts per specifications
Perform gel coat, wood, and structural repairs
Prep and polish molds for fiberglass work
Mix and apply resins using appropriate tools and techniques
Trim, cut, and smooth fiberglass materials
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols and detailed work instructions
