Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate Blow Mold condition and diagnose necessary repairs Disassembling, cleaning and assembling extrusion blow molds. Conduct repairs by replacing worn parts, blending welds and polishing cavities to like new condition Manual Machining (Lathe, Mill, Surface Grinder, Sand Blasters, Drill presses and Metal Finishing Tools) TIG Welding Hand blending/matching surfaces (precise work) During assembly of the mold, it is important to make sure the molds are clean, deburred and that all bolts are tightened properly- high attention to detail needed High preference for prior experience doing this work specifically on
