About Us:
We are expanding our team and seeking (5) experienced Miscellaneous Metal Fabricators to join our 1st shift at our Graham, NC shop, help us produce stair systems, handrails, and other custom metalwork with precision and pride.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role for a skilled fabricator with experience in MIG welding and working with stair and rail assemblies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, adaptability, and teamwork are key. You’ll read blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, and create metal products that meet exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble stair systems, handrails, and other miscellaneous metal components according to blueprints and shop drawings MIG weld a variety of metal products with precision and strength. Operate tools and machines including tape measures, cold saws, grinders, overhead cranes, and forklifts Work with various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Interpret detailed fabrication drawings and execute jobs to specification Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adapt to changing priorities and move efficiently from job to job to meet production deadlines Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and at a high standard of quality
Qualifications:
Proven experience in welding/fabricating stair and rail components Proficient in MIG welding (AWS D1.1 certification is a plus) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and team-focused Ability to operate fabrication equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your fabrication skills will shine?
