E Description of work:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team. This full-time position involves operating a variety of machinery to cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to specifications. During the busy season, mandatory overtime is required to meet production demands.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Fabricate material to the specifications of work orders. Assisting with lead fabricators when necessary. Read Blueprints Operate forklifts. Operate fabrication machinery, including shear, brake press, and industrial saw, safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production. Measure, mark, cut, and shape materials as required. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings Skilled in operating fabrication machinery and hand tools Effective communication and teamwork abilities Basic math and measurement skills

Requirements:

Ability to read tape measure Ability to read blueprints Requires lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 pounds. MUST be able to pass E-Verify High school diploma needed. Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
