Statesville, NC Job Overview Pine View Buildings is looking for skilled, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team as Traveling Metal Install Technicians. You’ll be responsible for the installation of steel buildings onsite at customer locations across Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Whether you’re experienced in metal roofing and siding or eager to learn a new trade, we provide the tools, training, and supportive environment to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Install steel roofing and siding on storage buildings at customer locations Read and follow building layouts and measurements Use hand and power tools to cut, secure, and align materials Work safely from ladders and roofs Travel weekly for on-site builds throughout VA, WV, NC, SC, and GA Work independently with minimal supervision Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and cleanliness at job sites Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to work in a faith-based, team-oriented environment Capable of lifting 80 lbs. repeatedly and comfortable with physically demanding work Comfortable working at heights and on roofs Willingness to travel for out-of-town work Experience in metal roofing/siding or similar construction roles (preferred) Proficiency in measuring and layout accuracy (preferred) Must provide own basic hand tools (see list below) Adaptable to change and proactive in problem-solving Required Tools 30′ Tape Measure Pencils & Markers Speed Square Tool Belt Metal Snips Cordless Impact Driver / Screw Gun Chalk Line Line Level Utility Knife Benefits Competitive Pay
