Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED with a 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic/ Technician Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment: specifically Grove

RT & TMS

Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks Must be able to read hydraulic and electrical schematics Experience in preventative maintenance (oil changes) and light equipment repair (break jobs) Own a basic set of hand tools Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to job sites (3-5 nights overnight per month), and for required training

Primary Responsibilities:

Operates and inspects cranes in order to diagnose defects Demonstrates working knowledge of

CANBUS, PAT, EKS, ECOS & MEGA-TRACK

system Examines parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings Tests mechanical, electronic, electrical and hydraulic products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper operation and compliance with OEM specifications Prepares for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations Properly fills out working reports, hour’s reports, time sheets, hour’s overviews and expense reports Good customer service and communication skills I.G. “Martinez” Martinez Talent Acquisition Expert, Crane Division Systematic Business Consulting | “An Inc. 5000 Company”
