Job Description:

We are seeking a Skilled Scaffold Erector to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on scaffolding experience , but we’re also open to motivated entry-level candidates with experience working in a harness and at heights . This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role that requires strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a commitment to showing up on time—every day .

Key Responsibilities:

Erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and site regulations Work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced environments Maintain equipment and work area in clean, orderly condition

Requirements:

2+ years of scaffolding erection experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong work-at-height experience may be considered) Must be comfortable working at heights and wearing fall protection Must be extremely reliable and punctual Strong teamwork and communication skills Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites in the Raleigh area OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus, but not required
