Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at our Freehold location. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and other fabrication tools, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery including turret press, laser cutters, and press brake per blueprints and specifications Perform metal fabrication tasks such as machining, tapping, countersinking, grinding, deburring, and spot welding Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards Inspect equipment setups, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot basic issues Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fabrication or a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of OSHA safety and environmental guidelines
