You Must Have License | NYS CDL A, B, or C Endorsement | P assenger Clean Driving Record | Within Last Three (3) Years Age Minimum | 21 No More Than Three (3) Convictions Within Last Three (3) Years Knowledge of Five (5) Boroughs, Bridges, Expressways, Highways, Preferred.
