Opportunity to work a steady 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm . Gain experience and skills in a manufacturing setting with potential for growth. What’s a typical day as a Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be: Adhering to plant safety requirements and promoting a positive safety culture by leading by example. Following SOPs and batch records to produce and package various oils, greases, and wax blends. Performing blending, washing, drying, and packaging activities to meet customer quality and quantity demands, including proper labeling on containers up to 55 gallons. Completing documents accurately and maintaining precise records. Operating a manual pallet jack to move inventory, with potential for fork truck certification after 90 days. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Have experience in a manufacturing site (preferred). Possess forklift experience (preferred). Are capable of performing basic arithmetic and have basic computer literacy. Communicate effectively and have good troubleshooting skills.
