The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling structures and removing debris from job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of demolition processes, safety protocols, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers to assist in demolition tasks. Utilize power tools and hand tools for dismantling structures, including saws, drills, and hammers. Perform remodeling tasks as needed, including caulking and building structural components. Ensure proper safety measures are followed at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in the removal of debris and waste materials from job sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance. Engage in hardscape projects as required, contributing to the overall aesthetic of the site. Requirements Proven experience in demolition or construction work is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols is essential. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment is a plus. Knowledge of remodeling techniques including building, plumbing, and fabrication skills is advantageous.
