What We Offer:
Consistent weekly schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40-50 hours/week First shift: 7 am-5:30 pm (with Friday OT as needed) Second shift: 6 pm-4:30 am (with Sunday OT as needed) Immediate eligibility for health, dental, vision, and life insurance Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card On-the-job training and advancement opportunities
Your Role:
MIG welding (pulse voltage) and custom fabrication Blueprint reading and layout for precise builds Jig fabrication: tack welding and setup for finish welders Use of hand and power tools, calipers, micrometers Maintain safety standards and complete assigned tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in MIG welding and fabrication Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements Familiarity with construction safety, rigging, and mechanical systems Knowledge of pipe threading, sheet metal, and ductwork is a plus Must have reliable transportation Interested Apply Online!
