Summary As a Landscape Designer at Premier Landscape Management, you will play a vital role in designing, selling, and managing landscape enhancement projects. This position is essential for delivering high-quality landscape services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Southwest Florida. Responsibilities Prepare planning documents, conceptual and schematic designs, illustrations and graphics, construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of public and private sector projects. Consult clients to understand their needs and preferences. Create design plans for softscape and hardscape projects, including materials, layout, and cost estimates. Present enhancement proposals to clients and meet sales goals. Leading the day-to-day execution of landscape installation projects through management, crew direction, and scheduling; material, equipment, and subcontractor coordination; change order administration and management; etc. Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures, weather, and direct sunlight) Requirements Degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred. Relevant experience in the landscape industry will also be considered. Strong organizational skills that allow you to be efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technologies and tools Spanish is a plus! Valid driver’s license required with ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review.
