You’ll leverage your local relationships, design skills, and sales drive to win projects that include landscaping, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, pools, lighting, and more. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through your own network, referrals, and local outreach Meet with high-end clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget Design tailored outdoor spaces and present compelling proposals that close Upsell premium features like lighting, outdoor kitchens, water features, and more Manage client relationships through contract signing and design handoff Maintain post-sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat business What You Bring A strong existing network in the luxury home, design, or real estate market Confidence, professionalism, and a proven ability to close high-ticket sales Experience in landscape design or outdoor living is a plus
