Tampa, FL 33619 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Pool Designer & Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Pool Studio software, have a strong sales background, and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for designing custom pools and outdoor living spaces while converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Custom Pools:
Use Pool Studio to create 3D pool designs that align with client visions and site specifications.
Sales & Client Consultations:
Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide innovative pool design solutions.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up with leads, present designs, and close sales to maximize commission earnings.
Project Coordination:
Work with construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet budget requirements.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience in Pool Design using Pool Studio is a must. Proven sales experience , preferably in construction, outdoor living, or home improvement industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales without a fixed salary. Self-motivated with a passion for design and sales . Reliable transportation and ability to visit client sites.
Compensation:
Straight Commission-Based:
