Responsibilities of the
Landscape Architect:
Understand, research, and interpret zoning codes as the Landscape Architect. Take charge of site planning. Proactively work within a vibrant team setting, engaging in projects encompassing higher education, urban and landscape design, graphic and technical expertise, and more. Collaborate on a variety of projects for the Landscape Architect, such as multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and resort, community planning, and streetscape design throughout the region, serving an exciting mix of clients. Landscape Architect will manage multiple public and private sector projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective project management and task management skills. Drive the acquisition of new clients and project work by crafting compelling proposals and defining the scope of services as the Landscape Architect. Lead and inspire younger and cohort staff, fostering a culture of intellectual growth and mentorship. Create high-quality drawing sets, details, specifications, 3D modeling, and rendering to support project development. Required Experience/Skills for the
Landscape Architect:
3+ years of experience in landscape architecture, Site Planning, and Design. Landscape Architect license (or studying for license).
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design is required.
