If you love creative design, working directly with homeowners, and earning big through commissions, this is your ideal next step. We work with homeowners across Palm Beach County including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, and West Palm Beach . What You’ll Do Meet with residential clients in Palm Beach & Broward to understand their landscaping needs Design stunning outdoor solutions (turf, planting, hardscaping) using visuals (SketchUp, CAD, or hand sketches) Present and pitch your ideas with confidence—close deals from $5K to $80K Generate and manage your own leads in addition to company-provided ones Own your schedule, work independently, and manage your deals end to end Travel to client sites using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience (landscaping, home improvement, or related fields) Comfortable using SketchUp, CAD, or hand-drawn sketches Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required) What’s In It for
