Senior Project Architect – Landscape Architecture Focus (Hybrid / Remote Considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of large-scale landscaping, urban planning, and residential development projects
• Oversee and mentor junior designers (3-4 direct reports)
• Manage client relationships and guide them from concept through construction
• Direct project development, documentation, and construction supervision
• Participate in business development, proposals, and phased planning
  Preferred Background
• 15-20 years of experience in landscape architecture or related architectural design roles
• Proven project leadership with full-cycle responsibility
• Master planning, installation oversight, and urban parks experience preferred
• Previous leadership in a firm or department is highly valued
• Licensure preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 (Experience Considered)
  , with flexibility based on experience
