We’re seeking a Junior Landscape Designer to support our high-performing design/build and enhancements team. You’ll work alongside our Lead Designer and sales team to produce client-ready proposals, layouts, and plant/material packages for premium commercial and luxury residential properties. This role offers a near-term growth path into a client-facing Landscape Designer position , giving you the training, exposure, and leadership support needed to grow into a high-impact role. What You’ll Do Support the Lead Designer with layouts, materials, plant selections, and proposal prep Draft proposals and scopes in Aspire (we’ll train if needed) Assist with job costing, estimating, and project visuals (Structure Studios preferred) Maintain organized Aspire entries, CRM tracking, and project timelines Coordinate with Account Managers and Production to ensure smooth job handoffs Contribute to team design reviews and client presentation materials What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in landscape design, estimating, or drafting Strong written and visual communication skills Detail-oriented and organized with a desire to grow into a lead design role Experience with Aspire, CRM platforms, or Structure Studios is a major plus Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture is a plus (not required) Ambitious, collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing team
Compensation & Growth Path Salary:
