Job Summary:

Outside Landscape Group, a leading residential design-build firm with over 25 years of award-winning work, is seeking a dynamic Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect with strong sales and project management skills . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who can take projects from concept to completion —from meeting homeowners and closing deals to crafting inspiring designs and managing production in the field. Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with warm, qualified leads —meet homeowners, understand their vision, and close sales Create detailed conceptual and final designs , estimates, and proposals for custom outdoor living projects Manage projects from design through construction , ensuring high-quality execution on time and within budget Collaborate closely with design and production teams to coordinate timelines and ensure seamless project flow Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and build process Bring creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to each phase of the project

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in residential landscape design/build and sales Strong background in design and landscape construction Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to close Skilled in project management : organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator Confident, creative, and client-focused with a high level of professionalism Proficiency in creative and functionally sound, primarily hand-drawn landscape design Why Work with Us?
