Reporting to a Senior Landscape Architect or Project Manager, you contribute to creating sustainable, inspiring environments that enhance communities. You understand the importance of user-centered design and work closely with project teams throughout the process to ensure successful, impactful results.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE BS

in landscape architecture from an accredited institution Familiar with AutoCAD, GIS, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively with others Ability to organize task s and effectively manage your time so that projects are completed on schedu le Skill ed in hand graphics

CORE DUTIES

Engage in learning new software programs such as Lumion and Revit Participate with in-person interviews, public surveys, workshops and design charettes Prepare schematic designs Assist in design development of exterior spaces Participate in product research, evaluation and selection of tools and resources needs to advance the practice Perform site visits and data collection

The rate for this position generally ranges between 25-35/hr. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
