Use your creativity to produce landscape sketches, designs, and renderings that wow clients and support our Landcare Consultants (LCCs) as they focus on building relationships and closing deals. Estimate Like a

Pro:

Lead our commercial installation estimating efforts, working closely with local builders and developers to secure high-impact projects.

Stay Connected:

Build lasting relationships with local developers, architects, and builders to stay in the loop on upcoming projects and bid opportunities. Support the

Team:

Serve as a secondary customer contact, providing vacation support and project assistance as needed.

Drive Efficiency:

Use systems like Aspire to streamline your work and keep projects moving forward with precision and clarity.

Field Insights:

Spend a bit of time in the field to understand site conditions and ensure your designs can become a reality (expect about 5% field time, 95% office time). Contribute to

Growth:

Provide input on staff needs and quality, and process improvements to help us continually raise the bar.

What You’ll Need:

Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license 2+ years of landscape design experience 1+ year of landscape sales or customer service experience Preferred (But Not Required): 2+ years of landscape installation experience 2+ years of estimating experience for landscape installations Experience with Aspire software Certified Plant Professional or relevant horticulture certification Associate’s degree in Horticulture or related field 2+ years of landscape design experience 1+ year of landscape sales or customer service experience
