The Role We’re looking for a career-oriented, lifelong learner, and talented Landscape Designer who is as comfortable behind a design board as they are in front of clients. This unique role blends the artistry of landscape design with the interpersonal skills of a consultant and salesperson. You will not only inspire beautiful, functional outdoor spaces, you’ll also guide clients through the visioning and planning process, becoming a trusted advisor who helps them fall in love with the deliverables. Your expertise and confidence will establish trust, while your design sense will achieve the deal and secure the execution of the project. Responsibilities Design custom landscape plans based on client goals, site conditions, and creative direction. Lead client meetings, listen attentively to needs, and translate ideas into visual concepts. Conduct site assessments and land surveys to inform design decisions. Provide consultative support to clients, offering ideas, insights, and guidance to shape their project vision. Work closely with the construction team to ensure design intent is maintained through execution. Manage and own the sales pipeline from initial consultation to signed contract. Prepare design proposals, estimates, and presentations with clarity and professionalism. What We’re Looking For A degree or equivalent experience in landscape design, architecture, or a related field. Strong design portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and technical execution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. A naturally client-focused attitude that is approachable, professional, and proactive. Sales instincts, sales acumen, and or consultative selling Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or similar.
