Overview:

We are seeking a talented Landscape Manager/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As a Landscape Designer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing landscape projects that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and sales
• Estimating
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of landscape projects
• Management of jobs and crews
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for landscape projects
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities to ensure the long-term health and beauty of outdoor spaces
• Plant Procurement
• Snow plowing in the Winter months

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape design and project management
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscape elements, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Leadership skills to guide project teams and contractors
