The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape architecture and design, with the ability to transform outdoor spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. You will work on various projects, collaborating with clients and other professionals to develop innovative landscape designs that meet client needs and environmental considerations. Duties Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and determine design feasibility. Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure designs are executed accurately and within project timelines. Prepare construction documents and specifications for landscape projects. Utilize GIS and ArcGIS for site analysis and planning purposes. Provide construction estimating for landscape projects to ensure budget adherence. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design offerings. Experience Proven experience in landscape design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in construction estimating and drafting will be considered an asset.
