• Meet with clients,engineers, and architects to define landscape requirements andproject goals
• Prepare site plans, renderings, specifications, andcost estimates
• Coordinate design of land features, structures,and outdoor elements for diverse property types
• Utilize CADsoftware to produce design drawings and modifications
• Select andspecify landscaping materials suited to site conditions and designintent
• Inspect project progress to ensure conformance with designand regulatory expectations
• Support business development throughpresentations and marketing efforts
• Revise plans and graphics asneeded to meet evolving client or site demands Qualifications

Needed:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from anaccredited program (Required) Licensure as a Landscape Architect(Preferred but not required) Minimum 2-4 years of professionalexperience in landscape design or site planning Proficient inAutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with modeling orgraphic software is a plus Strong background in translatingconceptual ideas into construction documents Proven ability tocollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate withclients Interested in hearing more?
