- This is a commission based sales position with base pay. There is unlimited earning potential. After the training period (up to 8 weeks), 2-4 sales/month are expected.

Looking For:
Our number one goal is to help bring our clients dream and vision of swimming pool ownership to life! In order to do this, you will need to have a passion for outdoor living and design, be a great listener and solutions focused. We will train the right person who is highly motivated, goal oriented, and is passionate about providing top-level customer service. Having prior experience in luxury B2C sales, outdoor living and a proven sales track record is ideal. A bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, environmental design, or a related field is a BONUS!
Compensation:
Pool design/sales can be a very lucrative career. We reward our sales/designers for doing exemplary work by paying the highest percentage rate on commissions, offer generous bonuses, plus provide access to first-class sales incentive trips and educational opportunities. Our designers/sales team members have the opportunity to make $65-150k+ per year. We offer up to an 8-week training stipend while you are getting started with us. If we’re the right fit for each other, you will transition to base pay with uncapped commission. We provide the leads but encourage self-generation. You’ll also have a fantastic team that will support you as you learn and grow your career within our organization. Responsibilities Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson/designer meets with customers to understand their vision and requirements, serves as the subject matter expert and educates on features and merits of pool ownership. Ensuring effective communication throughout the design process. After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs a detailed schematic of a backyard pool design utilizing professional design software. Conduct “Design Presentation” where sales/designer presents Company, provides differentiation, and explains process of building pool to customers by using the presentation materials. Designer must gain commitment for swimming pool and related back yard construction projects. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, home shows, and telemarketing events when requested. Attend weekly construction and sales meetings. Be present at all major construction phases to walk clients and through job status. Contact clients weekly to provide general updates as to the status of their project. Maintain focus on top-tier customer service throughout project.
Qualifications:
You must live/reside in the Nashville North territory (please refer to our territory map here: https://premierpoolsandspas.com/pool-builders/tennessee/north-nashville/). Applicants outside our territory will not be considered. High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Prior sales experience with metrics to support sales performance history Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken. Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license. Experience in swimming pool industry desired but not required. Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report.
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office – proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Design software experience required, Pool Studio experience desired. Working knowledge of project management & CRM software, ProEdge experience a plus!
