Panoramic Landscaping is looking for a dedicated Landscape Designer/Salesperson who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us grow — one beautiful yard at a time. This role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a hardworking, growing team. What You’ll Do Meet with clients to understand their vision and needs Create custom landscape designs (CAD, hand-drawn, or other) Provide estimates and confidently present project proposals Collaborate with our install team to ensure project success Help manage project flow from consultation to completion Help grow the business through excellent service and upselling enhancements What We’re Looking For Experience in landscape design or sales (2+ years preferred) Strong plant knowledge and eye for design Confident communicator and self-starter Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable CAD, SketchUp, or similar experience a plus Someone who’s ready to put in the time and grow with us Compensation Pay will be discussed at the time of the interview and will be based on experience, knowledge, and value brought to the team.
