Paint Department Associate / Color Matcher 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Doral, FL 33166 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Color Matcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of color theory and the ability to match colors accurately for various applications, including industrial painting. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards in color consistency and finish. Responsibilities Analyze color samples and determine the appropriate mixing formulas to achieve desired shades. Collaborate with production teams to ensure color specifications are met throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct tests on mixed colors to verify accuracy and make adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records of color formulations and adjustments for future reference. Utilize various tools and equipment for color matching, including spectrophotometers and mixing machines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Qualifications Proven experience in machining, construction painting, or industrial painting is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse operations is a plus. Experience with auto painting or fabrication techniques will be advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance.
