A little about the position : Job Summary As a Loader you will be responsible for moving the pools to and from production then shipping for final delivery. These employees start as “Rope Holders” assisting the Crane Operators, training to become Crane Operators. This position has five (5) levels.

Some of What You Will Do :

L-1 + Must be able to keep work area clean + Keep all outside area s clean + Follow directions + Learn the safety requirements and attire to be worn + Learn how to properly load pool + Learn how to properly tie down pool + Learn how to foam rib pool (prep for nesting pool) + Learn the proper procedures for removing a pool shell from the mold to include proper procedures for rope holding. + Learn to inspect pool and accessories. Tile, chains, scratches and grinding + Learn and understand the Viking quality standards for all delivered pools. + Learn pool models and size L-2 + Know s how to foam rib pool (prep for nesting pool) + Knows the proper procedures for removing a pool shell from the mold to include proper procedures for rope holding. + Know s how to inspect pool and accessories. Tile, chains, scratches & grinding + Know s the pool models/sizes + Know s and understand s the Viking quality standards for all delivered pools + Knows how to properly load pool + Knows how to properly tie down pool + Learn s basic operat ion of the crane + Know s the safety requirements & attire + Knows correct SOP on how to de-mold pools + Becomes forklift certified L-3 + Receives on the job training from Certified Crane Operator (L-4) + Learn to properly manage loading personnel Learn how to follow the delivery schedule + Learn how to keep production mold supply rolling + Knows when to use outriggers with use of crane + Directs other loaders + Keep yard clean and pools organized L-4 + Crane Operator -Certified (•Separate Job Description) L-5 + Can read order form to sign off on QA inspection form + Verifies all accessories are included with each load What You Bring to the

(Qualifications) + Experience using various hand tools + Ability to read diagrams and instructions + Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred + Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds + Must be able to work overtime including some weekends + Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required Why should you come w ork with Us ?
