HHP Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Log Yard Heavy Equipment/Log Loader to join our team at our Henniker, NH pallet shop. Conveniently located just off Route 202 & I-89, our facility includes a hardwood sawmill, pallet shop, and paper-quality chipping plant. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Log Yard Heavy Equipment / Log Loader to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The role includes guaranteed weekly overtime and the opportunity to be a key part of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability Work independently and collaboratively with team members Safely operate heavy equipment including yard cranes, front-end loaders, and skid steers Work in all weather conditions and follow company safety protocols Identify and sort logs by tree species Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment Qualifications Prior experience with heavy equipment operation (yard crane, loader, skid steer) required Familiarity with various tree species is essential Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transportation Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage with guaranteed overtime every week Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Apply today to join a company that values hard work, quality, and its people.
