We are currently hiring a Mine Equipment Operator in Crab Orchard, TN! This is a key position within our production team, responsible for operating essential equipment such as Production Loaders, Haul Trucks, and Water Trucks. You will contribute directly to our operational success by supporting efficient production while maintaining a strong focus on safety. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re prepared for all responsibilities in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including loaders, haul trucks, and water trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Monitor worksite safety and promptly report any hazards or incidents
- Assist with general site operations and support team needs as directed
- Follow company policies and all safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in heavy manufacturing or mining preferred
- Must be available for any shift, including on-call, weekends, and overtime
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
- Good attendance record and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with urgency and efficiency
