Oil Service Technician / Part time Live Haul Driver Ingram Farms 2352 County Rd 719, Cullman, AL 35055 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all service tasks are performed efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of our fleet and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and flatbeds. Operate manual transmission vehicles as required for specific tasks. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts. Drive commercial vehicles, including tankers, to transport goods as needed. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of service performed and report any concerns to management. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job. Skills Proficient in operating various types of trucks, including dump trucks and roll-off trucks. Experience with manual transmission driving is essential. Familiarity with refrigerated trailers and their maintenance requirements is a plus. Strong commercial driving skills with a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type. Ability to load and unload materials safely using forklifts or other equipment. Knowledge of tanker operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in mechanical tasks. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
