What your future day will look like:
Support daily operations by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, contributing to a seamless workflow.
Accurately enter and maintain data within company software systems.
Gather, organize, and analyze data using Excel and internal databases to generate reports and support informed decision-making.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with team members to meet deadlines.
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including preparing deposits, processing bank drafts, and managing invoices.

3+ years of operations experience required
