Tractor Operator (Bobcat) Andrades Clean Up 9015 Parkway Drive, Leeds, AL 35094 Position Overview Tractor Operators at Andrade’s Clean Up play a vital role in executing on-site cleanup, and debris management operations. This position is responsible for safely operating tractors (Bobcat) and related heavy equipment to support environmental remediation, site cleaning, and post-project restoration activities. Key Responsibilities Transport and load/unload materials such as construction debris. Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of tractors and attachments to ensure safety and performance. Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to all safety protocols, especially in high-traffic or high-risk zones. Collaborate with crew members and site supervisors to execute project plans efficiently. Record equipment usage, maintenance needs, and any incidents or issues encountered during operations. Comply with environmental regulations and company standards related to erosion control, waste disposal, and fuel handling. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience operating tractors or similar heavy machinery in a professional setting. Ability to read and interpret site plans, equipment manuals, and safety guidelines. Physical stamina to perform duties in varying weather conditions and rugged terrain. Preferred Skills Mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong communication and situational awareness.
