The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy drilling equipment and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. As a Driller, you will be responsible for executing drilling operations safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Duties Operate drilling equipment, including Caterpillar machinery, to execute drilling tasks effectively. Build and maintain pipelines, ensuring proper installation and functionality. Dig and excavate as necessary to facilitate drilling operations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects efficiently. Utilize forklifts and other heavy equipment as required during operations. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in drilling or related fields. Commercial driving experience is preferred for transporting equipment to job sites. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs on drilling machinery. Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety practices in the oil and gas industry is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience with pipeline construction is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
