Mammoth Constructors, LLC was founded in 2006. We specialize in deep foundations for FDOT structures, communication towers, substations, and commercial buildings. We provide professional drilling services to our clients in the government, private and commercial sectors through-out the southeast United States. Our ideal Candidates will support our core goals and focus to elevate our company to the next level. What You will be
Doing:
- Assist in the supervision of all aspects of foundation installations in the field
- Assist with managing and training field personnel
- Communicate, coordinate and co-operate with field inspectors, clients, suppliers & office support
- Be a Team Player and deliver respectable conduct
- Demonstrate commitment to Mammoths Health & Safety Programs and Policies
- Be a Leader, Mentor and Coach to field personnel for personal and company growth
- Be able to work Out-of-Town Monday through
Friday What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Construction, Concrete and Heavy Equipment Experience / Drilling experience
- 3+ years Supervisor experience
- Be Physically Fit to perform all aspects of foundation installations
- OSHA 30 certification
- Clean Class A CDL and be insurable
- Analytical and Critical thinking. Impromptu problem solving skills
- Desire to progress to
Field Superintendent What We Offer:
- $23 – $28/hr (Based on Experience)
- $50 Daily Out-of-Town Per Diem
