YOUNGQUIST BROTHERS LLC IS SEEKING EXPERIENCED RIG MANAGERS/SUPERS/TOOL PUSHERS TO WORK FULL-TIME IN FLORIDA. ROTATIONAL SCHEDULES ARE AVAILABLE.

Established in 1971, Youngquist Brothers LLC has become Florida’s leading contractor of deep injection well systems, the preferred alternative to safely discharge high volumes of excess water. Innovative and results oriented, Youngquist Brothers is the only contractor to design, engineer and build all its own equipment for precision well drilling to depths of 3,000 feet or more. No other company provides vertically integrated services, including geophysical logging and cementing, for every aspect of a deep well system. Currently, we have jobs in Naples, Fort Myers(3), Punta Gorda, Lakeland, St Cloud, Jacksonville, Jupiter, Port St Lucie, and Fort Lauderdale.

ARE NOT IN OIL & GAS.

• Primarily, we drill injection wells on site at wastewater treatment plants.
• We have our own cement dept. and logging dept., to go along side our drilling teams.
• We are based in Ft Myers, FL with jobs all around Florida.
• Our headquarters includes a 20 acre yard and shop in Fort Myers with welders, mechanics, electricians, etc.
• We have our own fleet of trucks that haul to and from our jobsites daily.

Rig managers/Supers we offer the following. We offer a competitive salary, housing allowance, truck allowance, and monthly performance bonuses. NO per diem, meals, or travel expenses paid.

• Pay period is Friday – Thursday every week
• Paid every Friday via direct deposit
• Insurance benefits offered after 90 days (health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD)
• Vacation & holiday pay after 1 year.
