Solids Control Operator – Multi-State Travel (PA, OH, WV) We’re looking for experienced solids control hands to support active oilfield drilling sites across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Rotation:

14 days on / 14 days off Start every other

Per Diem:

Paid daily while on hitch

Housing:

Man camp or private hotel room provided

Travel:

Reimbursed up to 500 miles each way Additional mileage covered if using personal vehicle for work

What You’ll Be Doing:

Run solids control equipment including centrifuges, shakers, desanders, etc. Monitor fluid systems and adjust as needed to maintain proper flow and performance Assist with equipment rig-in/rig-out, site prep, and sample collection Work closely with mud engineers and rig crews to support the drilling process Keep accurate logs of system readings and performance data Maintain safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work areas

What We’re Looking For:

Must have prior experience operating solids control equipment Barite recovery or dewatering experience is a big plus (but not required) Able to work long shifts in remote field environments Must have reliable transportation to and from rig locations Strong work ethic and mechanical skills Work is based across PA, OH, and WV — if you’re ready to work and rotate consistently, we want to hear from you.
