Schedule:
14 Days On / 7 Days Off•MUST make it to location (no travel pay or mileage)
Compensation:
~$4,500 per 14-Day Hitch + Per Diem + Hotel ($22+/hr) Avg 80 hr/wk About the
Role:
We’re hiring CDLA Equipment Operators to support hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations in the oilfield. This is not a driving role — CDL is required to operate and move equipment, but the core duties are field-based, supporting frac stages and pumping operations.
What You’ll Do:
Operate frac equipment including pumps, blenders, and hydration units Drive manual trucks to move equipment between locations (minimal driving) Assist with rig-in/rig-out and staging of equipment at the well site Maintain a high standard of safety and teamwork on-site Work outdoors in all weather conditions during long shifts

Approx. $4,500 per hitch Hotels paid for during rotation•

Daily per diem Set rotation: 14 days on / 7 days off On-the-job training and long-term growth in the oilfield
Requirements:
CDL Class A•No restrictions (manual OK required) Must be able to drive a manual transmission Clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years) Reliable transportation to reach job site Must be physically fit and ready for hands-on field work No prior oilfield or frac experience required Jumpstart your oilfield career in frac — all you need is a CDL-A and the drive to work hard.
