Trussville, AL Two Oaks Construction, based out of Trussville, Al., provides asphalt paving and milling services throughout the Southeast. Two Oaks Construction has an immediate need for Broom and Skid Steer operators to work with a Milling Clean up crew.

THIS POSITION REQUIRE OUT OF TWON/STATE TRAVEL DURING THE WEEK.

Overview:

Join our team as a Broom or Skid Steer Operator and be part of a dynamic construction crew. As a Broom or Skid Steer Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating heavy equipment on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate broom and/or skid steer equipment proficiently in compliance with company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the construction team to execute tasks such as material movement.
• Work on construction sites to support various operations including asphalt paving and milling operations.
• Uphold quality standards, ensure productivity targets are met, and complete assigned tasks within set timelines.

Experience:

• Prior experience in broom and/or skid steer operation.
• Knowledge of construction site protocols and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with other heavy equipment operation is a plus.
