This position requires out of town/state travel during the week. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer in a safe and efficient manner, in a fast- paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring that all operations run smoothly on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities Operate skid steer in fast-paced environment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete projects according to specifications. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in skid steer operation.

MUST BE AVLE TO TRAVEL OUT OF STATE/TOWN DURING THE WEEK

Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks associated with operating heavy machinery.
