Equipment Operator – Full Time North Alabama Land Development & Construction (NALDAC) We’re a locally owned and operated landscaping and excavation company based out of North Alabama, and we’re looking to add a motivated Equipment Operator to our growing team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in land clearing, grading, pad building, driveways, and French drains Must be skilled in operating a trackhoe, bulldozer, skid steer, and mini excavator Strong knowledge in setting grade and working efficiently Willing to jump out and grab a shovel when needed Be a team player, a leader, and ready to grow with us •Must be willing to help out on Landscape projects as well We’re a small business that does mostly residential work, and we take pride in doing things right.
