Landscape Installation Foreman Landscape Installation Foreman Job Description:

Supervising and work with a crew of 2-4 other team members to provide newly installed plants and sod Providing grading and grade work services using skid steer loader Providing installation of hardscape such as patios, outdoor kitchens and outdoor fire places Providing drainage and irrigation installation and service Reading and implementing landscape designs Conducting post job site inspections with crew Complete job site daily checklist Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment to job site Strong attention to detail Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors Ensure that NatureScape, Inc.’s Standards for Excellence are attained and safety guidelines are followed.

Landscape Installation Foreman Qualifications:

3-years experience working in construction/landscape construction 2-years experience supervising and motivating team(s) of people 2-years experience operating skid steer loader / must have excellent grade work skills and experience Hardscape Experience Preferred (i.e. installation of flagstone patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and fire places, etc.) Supervising and managing crews Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment General understanding of landscape installation techniques. Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and working in adverse (hot, cold, wet) conditions. Landscape Laborers report on site to our location in Pelham, AL. Landscape Installation Foreman and Landscape Employees will report and work under the direction of Supervisor on various job sites throughout the Birmingham area including Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and Homewood Alabama. Valid driver’s license is required. Driving Record will be checked, a clean Driving Record is required. Candidate must have a personal vehicle; reliable transportation is required. It is required that all Team Members must undergo a Full Drug Screen and Criminal Background Checks in accordance with local laws and regulations.
