Front End Loader Operator 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Vance, AL 35490 Fr ont End Loader Operator Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Fr ont End Loade r Operator for a company based in Vance, AL. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, transport, and distribute materials in a safe and efficient manner. Pay Rate $16.50 to $20 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm. Fr ont End Loader Operator Duties and Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader to move materials such as dirt, sand, gravel and other construction materials. Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas, to feed conveyors, hoppers or chutes, and to load trucks or rail cars Starts engine, shift gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material. Move levers to raise and tilt bucket when filled, moves levers to dump material. Ensure equipment is properly maintained, conducting pre-operational checks and routine maintenance. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Load trucks and maintain proper material levels in designated areas. Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Fr ont End Loader Operator Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Knowledge of safety protocols and proper equipment handling Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
