Pine Bluff, AR Position Summary Operate skid steer or Bobcat to handle material movement, load/unload tasks, surface preparation, cleanup, and production support within the mill. Perform daily equipment inspections, report any mechanical concerns, and complete routine maintenance. Adhere fully to all safety protocols and work collaboratively with mill staff to support efficient workflow Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience operating skid steer or comparable heavy equipment in industrial, construction, or mill settings Thorough understanding of equipment safety procedures and routine maintenance standards Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Availability for pull‑time (on‑call) schedules and proven reliability Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Formal operator certification or training specific to skid steer/Bobcat Previous experience in mill or plant operations Basic mechanical aptitude for light troubleshooting
