The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of excavation equipment and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards. Responsibilities Operate excavators and other heavy machinery, including skid steers, to perform excavation and grading tasks. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, grading land, and digging trenches for footings and slabs. Collaborate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in grading and excavation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
